FIIs cut stake in RPower, DIIs raise exposure

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have reduced shareholding in Reliance Power, Anil Ambani led company engaged in development and operation of power projects. FIIs' shareholding decreased by 55 basis points to 6.35 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 6.9 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.

On the other hand, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) shareholding increased by 20 basis points to 5.33 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 5.13 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.

Non Institutions were holding 13.32 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 35 basis points from 12.97 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.

Corporate bodies were holding 1.74 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 2 basis points from 1.72 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.

Promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 74.98 percent at the end of September 2014.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1.45, or 2.06%, to settle at Rs 71.80. The total volume of shares traded was 879,370 at the BSE (Tuesday).
