Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have raised shareholding in Den Networks over the last three months. FIIs' shareholding increased by 185 basis points to 20.32 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 18.47 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
On the other hand, domestic institutional investors' (DIIs) shareholding decreased by 98 basis points to 2.23 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 3.21 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Non Institutions were holding 37.4 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, down 87 basis points from 38.27 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Corporate bodies were holding 9.05 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, down 146 basis points from 10.51 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 40.05 percent at the end of September 2014.
Shares of the company gained Rs 1.1, or 0.66%, to trade at Rs 166.70. The total volume of shares traded was 91,961 at the BSE (3.32 p.m., Tuesday).
