Kaveri Seed Company said a sharp rise in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended September 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 3.78 times to Rs 335.25 million from Rs 88.61 million in the same quarter previous year.
Net sales for the quarter surged 97.32% to Rs 2,037.07 million, compared with Rs 1,032 million for the prior year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 4.87, registering 3.78 times growth over previous year period.
