BGR Energy Systems, an EPC company witnessed a rise in share price on Tuesday after it has received orders worth Rs 2.50 billion in the electrical sub-stations segment of its electrical projects division.
BGR Energy Electrical Projects Division (EPD) have secured three substation orders from Tamil Nadu Transmission Corporation (TANTRANSCO). It is for establishment of 230KV AIS substation at Puraisai, Villupuram, 110KV GIS Substation at Thirumangalam South, 400/230-110KV AIS substation. It includes all associated equipment, systems and civil works at Palavadi in Dharmapuri district. All orders are on total Turnkey basis, the company said.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 157.10, up Rs 6.45, or 4.28% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday at 9:45 a.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 159.50 and low of Rs 154.80. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 50,618.
