''For today's trade market likely to trade in the range between 7,790 - 7,820 in the upper side and 7,760 - 7,740 in the lower side,'' said the broking house Indira Securities.
''Indian equity markets closed with moderate gains in Friday's trade. Traders were seen piling positions in Bankex, Consumer Durables and Capital Goods while selling was witnessed in IT and TECK sector stocks,'' it said.
Indian markets settled higher on Friday led by sharp gains in banking, capital goods and consumer durables stocks. At the close, the benchmark 30-share index, BSE Sensex gained 109.19 points or 0.42% at 26,108.53 with 20 components posting rise. Meanwhile, the broad based NSE Nifty climbed by 31.50 points or 0.41% at 7,779.70 with 38 components posting rise.
