Crude oil price of Indian basket rises marginally

The international crude oil price of Indian Basket gained 0.39% to USD 90.50 a barrel (bbl) on Oct. 9, 2014. This was higher than the price of USD  90.15 a bbl on previous publishing day of Oct. 8, 2014.

In rupee terms, the price of Indian Basket decreased to Rs 5,524.12 a bbl on Oct. 9, 2014 as compared to Rs 5,540.62  a bbl on Oct. 8, 2014. Rupee closed stronger at Rs 61.04 a USD on Oct. 9, 2014 as against Rs 61.46 a USD on Oct. 8, 2014.
