Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have raised shareholding in Indian Bank over the last three months. DIIs' shareholding increased by 193 basis points to 8.41 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 6.48 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Non Institutions were holding 3.92 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, down 12 basis points from 5.12 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Corporate bodies were holding 0.7 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, down 108 basis points from 1.78 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 81.51 percent at the end of September 2014. Indian promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 81.51 percent at the end of September 2014. Foreign promoters' shareholding was unchanged at percent at the end of September 2014.
Shares of the company gained Rs 0.25, or 0.17%, to trade at Rs 150.80. The total volume of shares traded was 9,029 at the BSE (12.01 p.m., Thursday).
