Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have reduced shareholding in Rallis India over the last three months. DIIs' shareholding decreased by 95 basis points to 5.73 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 6.68 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Non Institutions were holding 28.42 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 15 basis points from 28.27 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Corporate bodies were holding 6.46 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, down 21 basis points from 6.67 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 50.09 percent at the end of September 2014. Indian promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 50.09 percent at the end of September 2014. Foreign promoters' shareholding was unchanged at percent at the end of September 2014.
Shares of the company gained Rs 10.85, or 4.76%, to trade at Rs 238.85. The total volume of shares traded was 54,557 at the BSE (2.48 p.m., Wednesday).
