Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have raised shareholding in Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers over the last three months. FIIs' shareholding increased by 69 basis points to 2.03 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 1.34 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
On the other hand, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) shareholding decreased by 97 basis points to 8.35 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 9.32 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Meanwhile, promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 80 percent at the end of September 2014.
Non Institutions were holding 9.62 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 28 basis points from 9.34 percent as on Jun 30, 2014. Corporate bodies were holding 1.63 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, down 51 basis points from 2.14 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Shares of the company gained Rs 0.8, or 1.53%, to trade at Rs 52.95. The total volume of shares traded was 260,931 at the BSE (1.56 p.m., Tuesday).
