Infosys strongly refutes Palmer's complaint

 Infosys, India's second largest software exporter, clarified that Palmer's current complaint in the United States District Court in New Jersey is a repetition of issues that were tried and dismissed by a federal court in 2012.
 Palmer resigned in 2013 November and released the company from the charges he has alleged in the complaint. 'We believe this is without any legal merit and will vigorously defend this complaint. We expect the issue to be resolved at the earliest,' the company said.
Shares of the company was last traded up Rs 99.55, or 2.66%, at Rs 3,847.20. The total volume of shares traded was 71,248 at the BSE (Wednesday).
