RBI to auction govt bonds worth Rs 150 bn on Oct 10

Indian government has announced the sale of four dated securities worth Rs 150 billion on Oct. 10, 2014. The Reserve Bank of India will conduct auctions to raise funds on behalf of the government.

The central bank will auction 8.27% GS 2020 and 8.40% GS 2024 to raise Rs 30 billion and Rs 70 billion respectively. In addition, the RBI will auction 9.20% GS 2030 and 9.23% GS 2043 to raise Rs 20 billion and Rs 30 billion respectively.
