Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) gained on Wednesday after the company bagged an order with leading FMCG company Danone UK, to provide consumer care for its early life nutrition, waters and fresh dairy products businesses.
The multi-channel service will be delivered over voice, email and web chat with plans to introduce video chatting capabilities in the future. The service will be delivered from a 30-seat contact center operation out of HGS offices in West London. HGS will provide subject matter experts for Danone's early life nutrition business including a 5-member team of qualified midwives and nutritionists. As part of the service, HGS will also handle complaint management and out of hours support for the early life nutrition line.
This is the latest consumer care line project undertaken by HGS, who has a strong track record of delivering successful customer service programs for FMCG businesses.
Shares of the company gained Rs 32.7, or 4.94%, to trade at Rs 695. The total volume of shares traded was 36,664 at the BSE (1 p.m., Wednesday).
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 724.90 and low of Rs 661.25. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 36,664.
