ICICI Bank said that the bank has allotted 9,960 equity shares of face value at Rs 10 each on under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

Recently, the bank has inaugurated a new branch in Kishoreganj at Ranchi. The branch will offer the entire gamut of ICICI Bank products including a comprehensive range of deposits, savings and current accounts, PPF account, auto loan, home loan, personal loan, gold loan, business loans and NRI services. ICICI Bank has 3,763 branches and 11,447 ATMs spread across the country (at Jun. 30, 2014). The Bank services its large customer base through a multi-channel delivery network of branches, ATMs, call center, internet banking, mobile banking and Facebook banking. It has over 45 branches in Jharkhand.

Shares of the bank declined Rs 23.7, or 1.62%, to trade at Rs 1,443.15. The total volume of shares traded was 123,854 at the BSE (12.38 p.m., Friday).
