V-Mart Retail said that the company has opened new store in Jharkhand. The store is spread in area of 9089 sq.ft. This is 5th store in the state of Jharkhand across 5 cities. With this we have increased the tally of the state to 5 fashion stores.

This takes the total number of stores to 97 in 84 cities across 12 states with a total area of 7.83 lakhs sq.ft.   

Recently, the company has opened a new store in Bihar. The new store is located at Madhubani, Bihar and is spread in an area of 8246 sq.ft. This was the 18th store in the state of Bihar across 16 cities.

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.5, or 0.49%, to settle at Rs 516.35. The total volume of shares traded was 2,348 at the BSE (Wednesday).
