Sasken Communication Technologies, an embedded communications solutions company, that helps businesses across the communications value chain accelerate product development life cycles, announced that Anjan Lahiri, whole time director & CEO has resigned from the services of the company.  He has resigned consequently from the board of directors effective from Sept. 23, 2014.

Shares of the company are trading at Rs 253, down Rs 63.2, or 19.99% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday at 11:01 a.m.

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 322 and low of Rs 253. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 109,570.
