ChrysCapital founder Ashish Dhawan has sold 0.86% stake in Mastek, a company specialised in building, re-engineering, maintaining and enterprise grade business applications, for Rs 61.14 million on Tuesday. Non-promoter shareholder Dhawan has sold 191,888 shares at a price of Rs 318.62 a share at the National Stock Exchange.
As per latest filing, shareholding of Dhawan in Mastek stood at 5.82% on Jun. 30, 2014, which was lower than 5.93% on the Mar. 31, 2014.
Recently, the company has approved the demerger of the insurance products and services business of Mastek into Minefields Computers.
Shares of the company declined Rs 9.35, or 2.98%, to settle at Rs 304.45. The total volume of shares traded was 255,162 at the BSE (Tuesday).
