SBI Mutual Fund - SBI Emerging Businesses Fund picked 1.90% stake in Techno Electric and Engineering Company, provider of engineering, procurement and construction services, for Rs 278.83 million on Tuesday. SBI MF bought 10,86,672 shares at a price of Rs 275 a share.

On the other hand, Aarkay Investment sold 1.93% stake in the company for Rs 302.51 million. Aarkay sold 11,00,000 shares at a price of Rs 275.01 a share.

Shares of the company declined Rs 5.95, or 2.08%, to settle at Rs 279.45. The total volume of shares traded was 3,106 at the BSE (Tuesday).
