ICICI Bank said that the bank has allotted 24,190 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each. This is under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

Recently, the bank has allotted 33,595 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on Sept. 18, 2014 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

Shares of the bank declined Rs 38.85, or 2.46%, to settle at Rs 1,538.45. The total volume of shares traded was 187,870 at the BSE (Tuesday).
