MindTree, an IT solutions and product engineering services company, said that the company has allotted 33,906 equity shares of Rs 10 each. This is under various ESOP Plans.

Recently, the company allotted 1,188 equity shares of Rs 10 each, under various ESOP Plans and 28,248 equity shares of Rs 10 each, under Mindtree Employee Restricted Stock Purchase Plan 2012 on August 28, 2014.

Shares of the company declined Rs 10.3, or 0.85%, to settle at Rs 1,206.25. The total volume of shares traded was 11,831 at the BSE (Monday).
