Era Buildsys announced that the company has been awarded a contract amounting to Rs 240 million. The order is for design, fabrication, supply & erection of pre-engineered steel roof structures for ten elevated stations by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation.

Era Buildsys swung to a profit for the quarter ended March 2014.  During the quarter, the company reported a profit of Rs 12.91 million compared with a loss of Rs 0.52 million in the same quarter previous year.  Net sales for the quarter for the quarter rose 19.86 times to Rs 473.49 million, compared with Rs 23.85 million for the prior year period.

The company is engaged in hire purchase, leasing, financing services, arranging inter corporate deposits and loans for clients, and undertakes fee-based lease syndication activities.
