ICICI Bank said that the bank has allotted 33,595 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on Sept.18, 2014. This allotment of shares is under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).
Recently, the bank has allotted 21,535 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on Sept. 15, 2014. This is under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).
Also, the bank said that it will raise USD 500 million through its Dubai branch. The bank has priced an issuance of 5.5 year fixed rate notes. The notes were sold under the Rule 144A/Reg S format. The notes carry a coupon of 3.50% and were offered at an issue price of 99.653.
