HCL Infosystems said that the nomination and remuneration committee has granted 15,000 options at a price of Rs 380 under HCL Infosystems -Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2000. This is including a premium of Rs 370 per option. Each option confers a right to apply for 5 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
Recently, the company has appointed Premkumar Seshadri as executive vice-chairman of the company, with immediate effect. Premkumar has been serving as a non-executive director on the HCL Infosystems board since Mar. 21, 2014.
