Malay Mukherjee, chief executive officer & managing director, IFCI presented a dividend cheque of Rs 923 million to the union finance minister Arun Jaitley today. This 10% dividend is for the financial Year 2013-14.

IFCI had paid 10% dividend to the government of India last financial year also. The government of India is holding a majority stake of 55.53% equity shareholding in IFCI.

Shares of IFCI declined Rs 0.15, or 0.46%, to settle at Rs 32.50. The total volume of shares traded was 669,745 at the BSE (Wednesday).
