Credit Analysis and Research, second largest full-service credit rating company in India, said that the board of directors of the company has declared a special dividend (interim dividend 2) of Rs 65 an equity share of Rs 10 each for financial year 2014-2015.

The aforesaid special dividend for the year will be paid to the shareholders on or before Oct. 14, 2014.

Shares of the company gained Rs 3.45, or 0.26%, to settle at Rs 1,310. The total volume of shares traded was 3,689 at the BSE (Monday).
