Firstsource Solutions said that the company has allotted 485,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each under employee stock option scheme ESOS 2003 of the company.

Post allotment, the paid up capital of the company has increased to Rs 6,625,516,880 consisting of 662,551,688 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.15, or 0.35%, to trade at Rs 42.60. The total volume of shares traded was 664,845 at the BSE (3.09 p.m., Friday).
