Indusind Bank, the private sector lender, announced that the company has allotted 89,299 equity shares of Rs 10 each to those grantees who had exercised their option under the company's employee stock option scheme.
The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the company in all respect.
It has inaugurated a new branch in new friends' colony, New Delhi. The bank plans to further strengthen its presence and customer reach in the country's capital with more branches in the coming quarters. With the inauguration of new branch, Indusind Bank now has 27 branches in New Delhi.
Shares of the bank gained Rs 0.65, or 0.1%, to trade at Rs 629. The total volume of shares traded was 31,795 at the BSE (1.43 p.m., Friday).
