Warhol has sold 1.87% stake in NCC (erstwhile Nagarjuna Construction Company) for Rs 331.54 million on Thursday. Warhol sold 4.80 million shares at a price of Rs 69.07 a share. Warhol has sold stake from its 9.89% shareholding as on Jun. 30, 2014.  

Recently the company has reported loss of Rs 30.32 million for quarter ended Jun. 30, 2014 compared with a profit of Rs 105.30 for the same period previous year. Net sales for the quarter has grown 8% to Rs 14,895.77 million.

Shares of the company declined Rs 2.05, or 2.88%, to settle at Rs 69.10. The total volume of shares traded was 3,686,159 at the BSE (Thursday).
