Cox & Kings (CKL), shares gained on Thursday after it announced the completion of sale of the camping division of its subsidiary Holidaybreak to Homair Vacances for a total consideration GBP 89.2 million following the approval of the deal from the competition and markets authority.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 302.95, up Rs 2.9, or 0.97% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday at 1:04 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 306 and low of Rs 297. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 79,719.
