JPMSL Copthall has sold 0.70% stake in Pennar Industries, one of the leading engineering organizations in India, for Rs 45.37 million on Wednesday. JPMSL sold 8,48,205 shares at a price of Rs 53.49 a share.

Recently the company's subsidiaries Pennar Engineered Building Systems (PEBS Pennar) and Pennar Enviro (PEL) have announced receipt of orders worth Rs 1.32 billion.

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.1, or 4.09%, to settle at Rs 53.50. The total volume of shares traded was 2,259,403 at the BSE (Wednesday).
