Fusion Fittings (I) announced that the company has sold 34,000 equity shares of HIQ Power Associates and accordingly HIQ ceases to be the subsidiary of the company. 
This was pursuant to the special resolution passed by the shareholder by way of postal ballot. Shares of the company declined Rs 0.5, or 2.86%, to settle at Rs 17. The total volume of shares traded was 250 at the BSE (Wednesday).
