UltraTech Cement said that the ESOS compensation committee has allotted 4,937 equity shares of Rs 10 of the company to option grantees upon exercise of stock options under the company's employee stock option scheme.
On allotment, the equity share capital of the company stands increased to 274.39 million equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 2,743.94 million.
CRISIL has enhanced the rated amount while retaining 'AAA/Stable/A1+' on the debt programme, bank facilities, and commercial paper programme of UltraTech Cement. The rated amount enhanced to Rs 40 billion from Rs 30 billion for Commercial Paper Programme.
Shares of the company declined Rs 3.7, or 0.14%, to trade at Rs 2,693.45. The total volume of shares traded was 2,193 at the BSE (11.43 a.m., Wednesday).
