Aurionpro Solutions, a technology company, said that the company has allotted 1,17,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each to those grantees, who have exercised their options under the "ASL ESOS 2010" Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Shares of the company declined Rs 2.65, or 0.86%, to settle at Rs 306.80. The total volume of shares traded was 80,264 at the BSE (Tuesday).
