Vaibhav Global said that the company has allotted 30,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Vaibhav Global employee stock option welfare trust under Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) 2006.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to Rs 32,35,37,720 consisting of 3,23,53,772 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each.

The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till Sep. 05, 2014, rising 19.67% compared with the Sensex's 4.32% rise. It outperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 45.43% as against 8.02% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the company declined Rs 4.3, or 0.48%, to trade at Rs 882.50. The total volume of shares traded was 849 at the BSE (12.48 p.m., Monday).
