Sahara One Media & Entertainment said that the company has terminated the programme licence agreement entered with Sahara India TV Network - unit of Sahara India Commercial Corporation, for arrangement of production of content.

The same has also been taken note of by the board of directors of the company at their meeting held on Aug. 11, 2014.

Shares of the company declined Rs 3.8, or 3.63%, to trade at Rs 101. The total volume of shares traded was 290 at the BSE (12.04 p.m., Friday).
