Dollar-rupee futures fall against dollar

Dollar-rupee futures weakened on Wednesday against US dollar.

USDINR September contract went down 18 paise or 0.29 percent at 60.84 as against previous close of 61.03.

The most active September contract touched a high of 61.015 and a low of 60.84 after opening at 60.92.

A total of 0.41 million contracts were traded till 12:10 pm. Turnover for September contract was at Rs 25.09 billion. Meanwhile, open interest was at 1.63 million.
