The Reserve Bank of India has cancelled the certificate of registration granted to non-banking financial companies (NBFCs).

It has cancelled registration of Unichem Finance & Enterprises, Shree Bhagwati Marketing, Sureka Teknik, Dintara Mercantile and Shimansu Vyaparik Kendra in Kolkata.

Following cancellation of the registration certificate the companies cannot transact the business of a non-banking financial institution.
