SPML Infra gained on Tuesday after the company bagged new orders worth Rs 12.32 billion from Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam, Agra and Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam, Gandhinagar.

The two orders (5B and 5C) received from UP Jal Nigam worth Rs 10.02 billion are for augmenting drinking water supply for Agra city with laying of 128 kilometers of water pipeline.

Also the company has bagged order worth Rs 2.30 billion from Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam, Gandhinagar is for infrastructure development for hydro generating units at Kutchh, Gujarat.

Shares of the company gained Rs 3, or 4.84%, to trade at Rs 65. The total volume of shares traded was 1,180 at the BSE (10.45 a.m., Tuesday).

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 65 and low of Rs 63. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 1,180.
