Indusind Bank said that the company has allotted 74,087 equity shares of Rs 10 each to those grantees who had exercised their option under the company's employee stock option scheme (ESOS).

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the company in all respect.

Shares of the company gained Rs 26.25, or 4.5%, to trade at Rs 609.95. The total volume of shares traded was 140,505 at the BSE (3.33 p.m., Monday).
