MindTree, IT solutions and product engineering services company, announced the allotment of 1,188 equity shares of Rs 10 each, under various ESOP Plans and 28,248 equity shares of Rs 10 each, under Mindtree Employee Restricted Stock Purchase Plan 2012.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Aug. 28, 2014, rising 0.17% compared with the Sensex's 2.49% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 7.81% as against 8.48% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.25, or 0.02%, to trade at Rs 1,125.20. The total volume of shares traded was 2,450 at the BSE (12.02 p.m., Monday).
