Indraprastha Gas shares gained on Thursday after the company announced that the company has signed share purchase agreement to acquire upto 5,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of Maharashtra Natural Gas (MNGL) at a price of Rs 38 a equity share from certain financial investor shareholders of MNGL.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 377.10, up Rs 2.65, or 0.71% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday at 3:07 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 382.50 and low of Rs 372.60. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 43,244.
