European stock markets are trading mixed on Wednesday. Europe's leading Blue-chip index, EURO STOXX 50 fell 0.48 points or 0.02 percent to trade at 3,197.06.

While UK's benchmark index FTSE 100 gained 3.71 points or 0.05 percent to trade at 6,826.47.

Germany's benchmark index DAX went up 7.89 points or 0.08 percent to trade at 9,596.04.

Meanwhile, French benchmark index CAC 40 lost 1.31 points or 0.03 percent to trade at 4,392.10.
