Info Edge (India) announced that the limit for FII investment under the Portfolio Investment Scheme in the equity share capital of the Company stand increased to 50% from present 40% of the total paid-up capital of the company.

Shares of the company declined Rs 5.1, or 0.65%, to trade at Rs 778.80. The total volume of shares traded was 9,299 at the BSE (12.44 p.m., Wednesday).

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Aug. 26, 2014, falling 18.06% compared with the Sensex's 1.21% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 11.49% as against 6.98% rise in the Sensex.
