Jindal Saw shares gained on Wednesday after the company entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SULA Shipping and Logistics in relation to restructuring of transhipment business of Jindal ITF, a wholly owned subsidiary.
The definitive agreement will be entered between the parties in due course.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 75.95, up Rs 1.4, or 1.88% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday at 9:43 a.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 76.80 and low of Rs 75.30. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 15,652.
