IIFL Holdings (IIFL), one of the leading financial services providers, has received registration fro SEBI to undertake Investment Advisory Services.

Shares of the company declined Rs 5.65, or 4.26%, to settle at Rs 127.00. The total volume of shares traded was 3,499 at the BSE (Tuesday).
