Tech Mahindra said that the resolution passed by the securities allotment committee of the board of directors of the company has allotted a total of 58,947 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company to the applicants.

The company has allotted 8,030 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000; 2,350 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006; 2,096 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010; 32,632 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013; 13,839 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSUs.

Shares of the company gained Rs 43.25, or 1.87%, to trade at Rs 2,353.35. The total volume of shares traded was 54,025 at the BSE (12.36 p.m., Tuesday).
