Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) have raised shareholding in City Union Bank, the India's largest power generation company. FIIs shareholding increased 120 basis points to 33.43% as on Jul. 25, 2014 from 32.23% at the end of June 2014.
On the other hand, domestic institutional investors' (DIIs) shareholding also went up to 10.17% as on Jul. 25, 2014 from 9.79% at the end of June 2014.
Under DIIs, mutual funds / UTI held maximum stake of 5.75%, followed by insurance companies (4.33% stake) and financial institutions/banks (0.09% stake).
Shares of the bank is trading up Rs 0.4 or 0.5% at Rs 78.90 at the BSE (11.28 a.m., Tuesday).
