Astral Poly Technik, a manufacturer and marketer of  advanced CPVC plumbing system in India, has taken 80% controlling stake in UK based company Seal It Services, a manufacturer of various types of Adhesives & Sealants.

The acquisition is for the brand name product of Bond-it. It offers a comprehensive range of sealants, PU foam chemicals & mixing concentrates, adhesives and DIY products for glazing, plumbing, tiles, flooring, and roofing sectors.

Shares of the company declined Rs 1.05, or 0.12%, to trade at Rs 843.90. The total volume of shares traded was 1,731 at the BSE (9.46 a.m., Tuesday).
