Alstom T&D India, shares jumped on Monday after it has bagged contract amounting Rs 32.5 billion from Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL) to build Phase II of the Champa-Kurukshetra Ultra-High Voltage Direct Current (UHVDC) link in Northern India.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 337, up Rs 19.45, or 6.13% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Monday at 1:47 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 347.90 and low of Rs 314.80. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 28,678.
