Zee Learn announced that the company has allotted total 36,550 equity shares consisting of 29,050 equity shares of Rs 1 each, consequent to exercise of stock options granted by the company under its ESOP Scheme.

The above allotment of shares at an exercise price of Rs 14.50 a equity share and 7,500 equity shares of Rs 1 each at an exercise price of Rs 26.05 a equity share.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.45, or 1.18%, to trade at Rs 37.60. The total volume of shares traded was 15,529 at the BSE (1.42 p.m., Monday).
