Indiabulls Housing Finance announced that the company has issued and allotted 40,000 equity shares of face value Rs 2 each, upon conversion of warrants.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased from Rs 67,70,73,982 divided into 33,85,36,991 equity shares of face value Rs 2 each to Rs 67,71,53,982 divided into 33,85,76,991 equity shares of face value Rs 2 each.

Shares of the company gained Rs 4.15, or 1.05%, to trade at Rs 390.00. The total volume of shares traded was 1,018,708 at the BSE (10.38 a.m., Friday).
